We Believe Buttering Should Be Easy.

The Story

It all started with a piece of torn toast.

We’ve all been there. You wake up, pop a slice of bread in the toaster, and get ready for a perfect morning. But when you try to spread it with a knife, disaster strikes. The bread tears, the butter clumps, and your breakfast is ruined.

We knew there had to be a better way.

We didn't want a complicated machine or a battery-operated gadget that would just clutter up the drawer. We wanted something simple, elegant, and fun. That’s how the Butter Crayon® was born. What started as a simple idea to solve a morning annoyance has grown into a kitchen essential loved by thousands of home cooks, parents, and toast-lovers across the country. And because every Butter Crayon® comes with the Butter Cutter™ included, it works with any size butter stick—Eastern, Western, or European.

Family Owned, Family Operated

We aren’t a big conglomerate with a board of directors. We are a small, family-run business right here in the USA.

When you email us, you’re talking to a real person. When we pack an order, we do it with care. We use the Butter Crayon in our own kitchen every single day—for morning pancakes with the kids, for greasing baking dishes, and for perfecting that Saturday morning grilled cheese.

We built this company for families like ours: people who want quality tools that make life just a little bit easier (and a lot more fun).

Proudly Made in the USA

In a world where so many kitchen gadgets are cheaply made overseas, we took a different path.

We made the choice to keep our manufacturing right here in the United States. It wasn't the easy way, but it was the right way.

• Quality You Can Trust: We use only the highest-grade, heat-safe, BPA-free silicone.
• Safety First: Because we manufacture locally, we oversee every step of the process to ensure it’s safe for you and your family.
• Supporting Local Jobs: Your purchase directly supports American manufacturing and American workers.
