How to Use Your Butter Crayon®

(Get the perfect spread in 3 simple steps)

For Standard Sticks (Long & Skinny)

Most common in the East Coast/South.

Step 1: Load
Remove the cap and insert your butter stick directly into the Butter Crayon sleeve.

Step 2: Peel
Peel back the wrapper slightly to expose the butter (or remove it entirely if you prefer).

Step 3: Push & Glide
Push up from the bottom (like a push-pop) and glide across hot pans, toast, or corn. Cap it and store it in the fridge door when done!

For "Stubby" Sticks (West Coast Style)

If your butter is short and fat, use the included Butter Transformer tool.

Step 1: Cut
Stand your butter stick upright. Place the green rectangular "Transformer" over the top and press down—just like a cookie cutter.

Step 2: Load
Take the perfectly shaped rectangle from the center and slide it into your Butter Crayon.

Step 3: The Bonus Block (Zero Waste)
Don't throw away the edges! Put the leftover outer trimmings back into the Transformer. Use the plunger block to squish them together into a second usable stick.
